Our Response
We take the well-being of our customers and staff very seriously. That's why we've developed the Simply Live Safely Standards, a comprehensive set of protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and health of everyone we work with.

Our standards cover a wide range of areas, including but not limited to hygiene, social distancing, personal protective equipment, and sanitation. We're committed to staying up-to-date with the latest guidelines and recommendations from public health authorities and adjusting our standards as needed to ensure maximum safety.
Face Covering: ACG consultants will at all times wear a protective face covering when meeting and interacting with customers.
Cleaning: All equipment used when providing services to our customers will regularly be cleaned with an approved CDC & EPA disinfectant.

Social Distancing: We ask that all customers practice proper distancing of at least 6 feet when encountering an ACG consultant.
Hand Sanitizer: ACG consultants will always be in possession of hand sanitizer to offer our clients.
Hand Sanitation: When handling customers' goods, ACG consultants will regularly wash hands, use hand sanitizer, and possess hand coverings in the form of disposable gloves.
Consultant Wellness: ACG consultants will be required to participate in daily wellness checks as recommended by the CDC.
Contactless Delivery: When at all possible, delivery will be performed in a contactless manner to mitigate physical interaction between customers and ACG consultants.
