  • What is Aurora Concierge Group's cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a $125 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our high level of service.
